Live2DWidget

In the past days(and past year) I've been working on using Live2D models on the web, and thanks to that I found out about L2DWidget.js which was a nice JS library to use live2D models on the web without having to deal with a lot of stuff. However the library hasn't been updated in a long time and it wasn't compatible with the newest L2D models so I decided to update the library so it now works with TypeScript but also still generates a simple JS file that can be imported alongside the core framework from Cubism.

My fork of the library is somewhat still in Beta but I've been using it myself on my own projects so feel free to check it out!
